Ingredients

2 large bananas

½ c Greek Yogurt

Blueberries to garnish

Chia seeds to sprinkle


Instructions

  • Start by slicing your banana

  • Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.  I’m using a ½ size sheet

  • Add a dollop of yogurt

  • Drizzle some peanut butter

  • Add a little blueberry for added antioxidants and cuteness

  • Sprinkle with chia seeds

  • Place in freezer for at least 1 hour to harden
