Now if you need to freeze your leftovers. You’ll want to be sure to remove all excess air from the Ziploc bag to prevent any freezer burn.

• Dump your bag into the water while leaving the very top outside

• Wait till the air is removed and seal it

• The bag should be completely sticking to the food

The pressure of the water pushes all the excess air out automatically.
