Coconut Mocha Mousse

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 C or 75g hazelnuts

  • 1 15oz/400ml can full-fat coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 C or 85g dates, pitted

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Pinch of salt

  • Cacao nibs (for topping)

  • CocoJava™ Cellulite Scrub (for topping)

INSTRUCTIONS:

*Soak hazelnuts for at least 1 hour

In a blender:

  • Strain hazelnuts and add nuts into blender

  • Add 1 can of full fat coconut milk

  • Add coca powder

  • Add dates

  • Add vanilla

  • Add a pinch of salt

  • Blend ingredients together and pour into cups to serve

  • Top it off with anything you'd like! We used cacao nibs, chopped hazelnuts, and some CocoJava cellulite scrub for this delicious treat!
